About Throttle Daily

Throttle Daily is a motorcycling news digest: a continuously updated feed of headlines from independent motorcycle publishers around the world, sorted into the categories riders actually search for — adventure, sport, off-road/rally, scooters, touring, cruiser, naked/street, electric, and classic — plus a weekly editorial roundup that ties the biggest stories together.

What we do

Every headline on this site links back to the original publisher. We show a short excerpt and a credit line — never the full article — and the "Read more" link on every card and story page goes straight to the source that wrote it. We don't republish, paraphrase, or claim authorship of anyone else's reporting.

On top of that aggregation layer, we publish a weekly roundup: original commentary written specifically for Throttle Daily, tying several of the week's stories together into a single read rather than just listing links. See oureditorial standards page for exactly how that's produced, including our use of AI drafting tools.

Why we exist

Motorcycle news is scattered across dozens of regional and specialist publishers — good local coverage from South Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East rarely surfaces on the big Western aggregators. Throttle Daily pulls from a deliberately global source list so a Bajaj launch in Kathmandu and a Ducati recall in Bologna show up in the same feed, sorted by what kind of riding they're actually about.

How the source list works

Sources are added and removed by hand, not by an open submission form — each one is checked for a live, working feed and a track record of real motorcycle coverage before it's added. See editorial standards for the specific bar a publisher has to clear, and how to request that your feed be added, corrected, or removed.

Who runs this

Throttle Daily is an independently operated publication. We don't publish staff bylines or personal author pages — the site speaks as a single editorial voice, and corrections or requests should go to the contact below rather than to any individual.

How this site is funded

Throttle Daily is free to read and supported by advertising and affiliate links. Ads are never placed inside excerpts or the weekly roundup's editorial text, and no publisher pays for inclusion in the source list. See ourprivacy & cookies policy for details on how that works and what data it involves.
